REGIONAL COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR

Location Queen Creek, AZ, USA (20061 E. Rittenhouse Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85142) Overview The Rite of Passage Team seeks a Regional Compliance Director to ensure compliance across the Southwest District. Responsibilities Conduct audits, monitoring, and risk assessments. Ensure adherence to licensing requirements, state regulations, and PREA and CARF accreditation. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to mitigate vulnerabilities and provide technical assistance. Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed. Act as a key management team member to ensure site success. Requirements Law degree (Doctorate or better). Extensive knowledge of CARF and PREA regulations. Prior experience with juvenile placement agencies. Minimum age 21 years. Ability to pass criminal background check, drug, physical, TB, and child/adult abuse registry searches. Licensed attorney preferred (AZ licensure preferred but not required). Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company‑paid Life Insurance within 30 days. 401(k) match up to 6% after 1 year.
