What will you do? Train new team members and ensure all policies and procedures are understood and followed Monitor all areas of the property, including but not limited to gaming and cage activity, food and beverage activity, and security of the facility Make written reports and logs on any observed violations and illegal activity in a timely manner Ensure that all cameras and computer systems are operational at all times Ensures that all state racing and gaming regulations and policies are followed Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding all surveillance information, including camera coverage, investigations, and proprietary material More about you Minimum of 2 years of casino surveillance experience as an agent or operator in a surveillance monitoring environment; prior gaming or law enforcement experience preferred Comprehensive knowledge of table games with demonstrated ability to identify advantage play, collusion, and cheating activities at gaming tables Proficiency in using multiple systems and programs to research and investigate table games, slot systems, food and beverage transactions, license plate recognition data, guest identification, and surveillance analytics Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses Proficient computer skills, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, database usage, and recordkeeping Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously No degree required Physical requirements Ability to sit for long periods of time Shift details Evenings Overnight Weekends 8hr shift 10hr shift #J-18808-Ljbffr
