Entry-Level Marketing Sales Associate

We are a growing marketing and advertising company specializing in direct marketing, in-person marketing, customer engagement, sales, and brand development . We partner with businesses and organizations to build local brand awareness, connect with customers, and create positive customer experiences.

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing amp; Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer service, advertising, and business development .

No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You#39;ll Do

As an Entry-Level Marketing amp; Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers while supporting marketing and promotional campaigns for our clients.

• Represent client brands through direct marketing and face-to-face customer engagement
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer acquisition initiatives
• Interact directly with customers to provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Build positive relationships with customers and create a professional brand experience
• Support marketing and sales activities at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
• Learn and apply proven sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
• Track customer interactions, campaign activity, and basic performance metrics
• Work with team members to meet sales, marketing, and customer engagement goals
• Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase brand awareness

Qualifications

• No previous experience required — entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person
• Customer-focused and professional
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Interest in marketing, sales, direct marketing, advertising, customer service, or business development
• Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, sales, fundraising, or volunteer experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
