This role is critical to keeping machines running, service calls moving, and customers supported by ensuring parts are received, issued, tracked, and billed accurately. A mechanical or service-department background is strongly preferred, as this position works closely with technicians, service coordinators, and customers./ppstrongPrimary Duties/strong/pulliStock inventory and maintain assigned warehouse locations/liliPackage parcel shipments and process using FedEx / WorldShip/liliTrack inbound and outbound shipments/liliReceive, load and unload incoming/outgoing shipments/liliEnter, modify, receive, and maintain purchase orders/liliEnter and track backorders and vendor invoices/liliIssue inventory to service calls and post labor/material charges/liliParticipate in physical inventory counts/li/ulpstrongOther Duties/strong/pulliMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times/liliAssist other departments as reasonably needed and assigned/liliMaintain prompt and regular attendance/li/ulpRequirements/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/lili35 years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or service department support/liliPrevious experience in a parts department strongly preferred/liliMechanical aptitude or experience supporting machine service or industrial equipment is a plus/liliProfessional written and verbal communication skills/liliStrong computer skills with the ability to learn multiple systems/liliAbility to work independently with minimal supervision/liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work well under stress/liliMust be able to lift up to 55 lbs./liliValid drivers license/li/ul/div
