Do you have a passion for business, missions, and seeing the Gospel influence unreached peoples through creative and sustainable initiatives? Rosedale International is seeking a Director of Rosedale Business Group (RBG) to provide leadership for our Business as Mission (BAM) efforts and poverty alleviation ventures around the world. This individual will help identify, develop, and implement strategic business initiatives that create opportunities for Kingdom impact in hard-to-reach regions while supporting the mission and values of Rosedale International. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership to Rosedale Business Group and its Board of Managers. Identify, develop, and oversee Business as Mission projects and partnerships. Recruit, train, and mentor individuals interested in business and missions. Collaborate with regional leaders to develop BAM opportunities globally. Facilitate strategic planning, project implementation, and stakeholder communication. Provide business and financial training for project leaders. Travel internationally to support existing and emerging initiatives. Represent Rosedale International in BAM-related networks and partnerships. Qualifications Significant education and/or experience in business, entrepreneurship, management, or a related field. Cross-cultural mission experience and a heart for global disciple-making. Strong leadership, strategic planning, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with boards, staff, investors, and international partners. Personal commitment to Christian discipleship and alignment with the mission, values, and theological convictions of Rosedale International. Location This position is ideally based at Rosedale International in Columbus, Ohio, though a hybrid work arrangement that includes both on-site and remote work could be approved if a candidate does not live locally.
