Quality Control Manager

Develop, implement, and enforce quality plans and ITPs Ensure compliance with ASME codes, project specifications, and client requirements Perform and oversee welding, concrete, soils, and related quality inspections Manage documentation, corrective actions, audits, and quality reporting Act as a primary point of contact between contractors and the client Support project turnover and commissioning activities Job Description: A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) who can hit the ground running from day one on a power generation project in Cayuga, IN. This individual will serve as a lead quality resource on-site with a relatively lean team and must be capable of independently executing and overseeing all quality inspection activities with minimal support. Must Haves: Active Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification Strong ASME code knowledge Prior power plant experience Previous experience as a QCM or leading project quality programs -- min one project Experience developing and executing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Extensive inspection background, including: Welding inspections Structural inspections Concrete and soils inspections Ability to perform and inspection activities independently/doesn't need micro management Experience serving as the liaison between contractors, clients, and project teams Experience managing quality personnel and driving corrective actions #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
