Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid SLP-CCC credential and licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a K-12 school environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and related services staff
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and deliver progress reports
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain clear, accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Partner with teachers and support staff to create inclusive communication strategies
• Engage in ongoing communication with parents and caregivers
