SUPERVISORY POLICY AND EVALUATIONS PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Duties
Plans, organizes, and directs Region operations ensuring activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization, Operations Division and Region objectives.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
Represents Headquarters AFJROTC with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with Headquarters AFJROTC Division Chiefs, Director, Holm Center Commander, Chief Executive Officers, Superintendents, Principals, Federal and local elected and appointed public officials, parents, the media, and the public.
Annually assesses and ensures host school and unit compliance with all Public Law, DOD and Air Force guidelines for unit performance. Evaluates the effectiveness of units via analysis of interrelated issues including fiscal and logistics accountability, evaluation of safety and physical security issues and weighing of mitigating circumstances.
