We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge through hands‑on rotations across various departments. This position is intended for individuals looking to develop leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in key operational areas. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, preparing for future career advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities Rotate through departments to gain a leadership perspective of the business. Engage in outside‑sales activities, promoting products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data to assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Participate in professional development, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits. Skills & Qualifications Required Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months. Possess an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age; obtain a DOT medical certification; provide documentation of previous employment. Preferred Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles. Business or related academic major. Leadership or management role in campus or extracurricular activities. Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
