Pest Control Service Technician Designed for someone who desires minimal supervision, a change of scenery each day, and wants the power to impact their own earnings. Our technicians drive a company truck to and from work each day. The ideal candidate easily interacts with people, has a strong work ethic, and integrity. This position starts at $18.00/hour for the first 90 days of training, after which the pay structure is based on production and performance. Good performers quickly earn $20+ per hour. First year earnings are estimated at $40,000-$42,000. Our veteran technicians make $50,000 and more. Work-Life Balance Monday-Friday schedule. NO WEEKENDS! Technicians have freedom in their work. To drive our commercial vehicle, you must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years with an acceptable driving record. A commitment to safety. Ability and willingness to work in various areas and conditions, including crawlspaces, attics, and in all types of weather. Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and crawl. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical ability test, and background screening. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance.
