As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Panel Operator in Apopka, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate with staff, patients, and visitors. Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting access procedures and responding to concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity and/or potential hazards
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor guidance, access control, and enforcement of facility policies
• Document patrol activity and incidents accurately and promptly, and communicate concerns to appropriate facility personnel and/or emergency responders

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
