What you'll bring:

• At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience in emergency or acute care settings
• Strong clinical skills in telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and stepdown care
• Proficiency with IV insulin & heparin protocols, cardiac & vasoactive drips, and blood product administration
• Ability to manage non-invasive airway devices (CPAP/BIPAP), tracheostomy care, and wound management
• Experience with EPIC documentation for accurate patient records
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Additional certifications in renal care or advanced airway management
• Experience with rapid response teams and complex patient care protocols
• Knowledge of telemetry systems and dysrhythmia interpretation

Preferred education & experience:

• Registered nurse license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care or ED experience
• Familiarity with hospital electronic health records systems

Other requirements:

• Availability for night shift (19:00 - 07:30) on a 3x12-hour schedule
• Valid licensure and certification, with willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to commute to Wexner Medical Center and access parking permits via CampusParc
