Requirements

• Production experience - Background in manufacturing or another high-throughput, high-pressure operating environment
• Automation & systems management -Recent, hands-on experience with automation and the daily management of systems and the support groups that maintain them
• Labor force management- Proven track record of successful staffing, retention, and workforce planning at scale
• Team leadership- Recent experience leading large teams

Preferred Qualifications

• LEAN / Continuous Improvement (CI) experience

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing competing priorities, leading large teams through change, and partnering closely with support functions to keep systems running smoothly.
