Now Hiring: RN MDS Director

Complete Care Berkshire - Reading, PA

Shift: Full-time 1st Shift

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience and licensure

RN MDS Director Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee the MDS process for accuracy and compliance

✔️ Experience with CMS strongly preferred.

✔️ Coordinate assessments and care plans for residents

✔️ Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes

✔️ Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

• RN License in PA (Required)

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in MDS preferred

• Communicative, reliable, hard-working

• Strong assessment & organizational skills
