Agrowing Elective and Acute General Surgery program in Fort Smith, AR is seekinga Surgical Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborativesurgical team. KeyResponsibilities

Collaborate closely with experienced General Surgeons on all aspects of surgical patient care
Assist with elective clinic responsibilities and operative procedures
Provide inpatient postoperative care and surgical consult support
Participate in the evaluation and management of acute general surgery patients
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR system

Qualifications

FNP, ACNP, or PA-C certification required
Active Arkansas medical license required
Surgery experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented approach with a commitment to quality patient care
