Build valuable restaurant and hospitality experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Spend your workdays surrounded by the beauty, energy, and unmistakable character of the Sonoran Desert. How You’ll Make an Impact Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table promptly, accurately, and professionally. Review each plate for presentation, temperature, and order accuracy before leaving the kitchen. Communicate clearly with culinary and service teams regarding orders, modifications, special requests, and timing. Support servers with food delivery, table maintenance, clearing, and resetting as needed. Handle and present plates in accordance with El Chorro’s established service standards. Stay aware of the dining room and assist with guest needs as directed by the service team. Keep the kitchen pass, service areas, and dining room clean, organized, and ready for service. Promptly share guest concerns, food issues, or service delays with the appropriate Supervisor or Manager. Bring a positive, polished, guest-first attitude to every shift. Perform other supportive duties as assigned by Supervisors and Managers. What You’ll Bring A passion for hospitality and a desire to make every guest feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. Food and beverage experience is preferred, though a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn go a long way. A high school diploma is preferred. A current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card/Certification and Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification. Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak, listen, read, and write effectively in English. A professional appearance and commitment to established grooming standards. Integrity, dependability, and the ability to thrive as part of a high-performing team.
