Insurance Sales Representative
Join a supportive, locally owned agency with the backing of a national brand. We provide warm leads and a proven sales system so you can focus on building relationships and uncapping your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Evaluate individual and business insurance needs to recommend optimal coverage options.
- Portfolio Growth: Generate and write new business across home, auto, life, commercial, and specialty lines.
- Client Retention: Deliver exceptional ongoing service to cultivate long-term client loyalty and referrals.
- Community Engagement: Represent the agency at local events and leverage agency marketing tools to grow your book.
What We Are Looking For
- Licensure: Active Colorado Personal Lines license required; Colorado Life license required (or obtained within 90 days).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of P&C insurance sales experience (Required).
- Skills: Strong communication, self-motivation, and a track record of relationship-driven sales.
- Language: Spanish bilingual skills are a strong plus.
