Graphic Designer Full Time Phoenix, AZ, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1097 Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually Position: Graphic Designer Department: Marketing Reports to: VP of Brand Location(s): Phoenix, AZ (Utopia Office/In-Office) Role Overview Lectric eBikes is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to assist with product and packaging design, social media graphics, ads and website UX. This role will bring creativity, consistency, and energy to our visual identity — translating ideas into compelling designs that inspire customers to get outside, explore, and experience the freedom of riding. As an in-house designer, you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, Retail, and Operations teams to create high-impact creative across digital campaigns, product launches, web experiences, retail environments, email, social media, packaging, and more. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on creative designer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can balance brand storytelling with performance‑driven design, and enjoys taking projects from concept through final execution. Key Responsibilities Brand & Creative Development Help evolve and maintain Lectric eBikes’ visual identity across all customer touchpoints. Create engaging, on‑brand creative that supports customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty. Develop campaign concepts, visual directions, and creative assets that align with business goals. Maintain brand consistency across channels, including digital, retail, print, and experiential. Marketing & Digital Design Design creative assets for social media, website and landing pages, promotions and seasonal campaigns, customer communications. Partner with Marketing to develop creative that drives engagement and conversion. Create variations of creative for testing and optimization. Product & Ecommerce Creative Support product launches with product storytelling, lifestyle imagery direction, product comparison assets. Collaborate with Product and Ecommerce teams to bring products to life visually. Retail & Physical Brand Experience Create materials supporting retail/showroom experiences such as signage, displays, promotional materials, in‑store graphics, event materials. Ensure physical brand experiences feel cohesive and premium. Content Creation Support photo/video creative needs through simple motion graphics. Partner with internal and external creative resources as needed. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Communicate timelines, risks, and creative recommendations. Maintain organized design files and asset libraries. Qualifications Required 3+ years of graphic design experience (in‑house, agency, or consumer brand preferred). Brand design. Digital marketing creative. Typography/layout. Visual storytelling. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience designing for digital channels and ecommerce. Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and production workflows. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently. Preferred Experience with consumer products, automotive, cycling, mobility, or sporting goods. Figma. Motion/video editing tools. Photography or art direction experience. Preferred Experience preparing print‑ready files. What Success Looks Like First 90 Days Learns the Lectric brand voice and visual system. Becomes a trusted creative partner for Marketing and Product teams. Improves creative consistency across channels. Builds familiarity with existing assets, workflows, and campaigns. First 6 Months Independently owns creative projects from concept to completion. Helps elevate the brand experience across digital and retail. Long-Term Becomes a key creative contributor shaping how customers experience Lectric eBikes globally.
