Part‑Time Core Sales Associate – Christiana Mall As a Core Staff Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, exceed sales goals, and support store operations in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand operation. Deliver on KPIs, be cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor new team members. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills showing care and empathy. Ability to engage and charm an audience at all levels. Must be 18 years or older and able to provide ID and eligibility to work. Must be willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50 + pounds. Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks up to 21 hours (maximum 30 hours per week). Hours & Compensation Base weeks: up to 12 hours per shift.
