Kowalis Auto Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and have a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience

Listen to customers' vehicle concerns and accurately document repair needs

Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs

Prepare and explain estimates, invoices, and repair orders

Communicate repair timelines and updates to customers

Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed properly and efficiently

Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up after service

Help achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity goals

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Professional attitude and positive personality

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair

Ability to explain automotive services clearly to customers

Valid driver's license
