Summary Act as an ambassador for the brand, providing an exceptional luxury customer experience while discovering client needs and building lasting relationships. Drive individual and team sales by delivering personalized service, fostering client loyalty, and supporting the omni-channel approach. Maintain product and brand knowledge and uphold store standards to represent the brand consistently. Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellence in-store following the client journey ceremony. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities. Support and promote the omni-channel mindset and collaborate with colleagues across departments. Engage in cross-selling to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors and demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge. Handle customer complaints appropriately and liaise with the line manager when necessary. Maintain high standards of visual display, shop floor presentation, stock procedures, and security to prevent theft. Requirements Passion for selling, retail, and the luxury product category. Curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design. Experience building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result-driven attitude, and problem-solving skills.
