Benefits We Offer (eligibility based on hours with Rendr) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays/ Floating Holiday(s) Commuter Benefits Health Savings Account/ Flexible Spending Account/ Dependent Care Account Annual Performance Bonus CME Time and Allowance Malpractice Coverage Job Position: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Essential Functions Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychopharmacologic management for patient with mental health disorders Develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as needed Provide crisis interventions for patient or family as needed Collaborate care with psychotherapist on cases requiring behavioral treatment Coordinate care with family, community organizations or other agencies as needed Document evaluations, psychopharmacologic, and individual/family therapy interventions timely at EMR system Participate in network activities such as team meetings, provider meetings, grand rounds, and training sessions Qualifications Must be certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMH) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) 2+ years of experience preferred but all welcome. Current and unrestricted New York State license. DEA required. Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required. 4 days in Flushing and 1 day in Chinatown (Monday) Rendr is an equal opportunity employer.
