We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. $150,000+ at plan

• Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
• Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
• Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
• Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
• Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team

• Foster a Recruiting Culture: Lead impactful recruiting training for all Crosstown agents, empowering each team member with the skills and insight to become adept recruiters themselves. Champion a pervasive recruiting culture, ensuring every agent is a proud ambassador, eager to bring others into the Crosstown fold

• 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
• 4-year college degree required
• Verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards

Proven Experience:
