Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices
• Provide engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Track and document progress to ensure positive results and compliance
• Participate as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies
• Offer guidance and education to families, supporting their involvement in each child’s communication journey

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with children or school-aged populations preferred
• Collaborative, communicative, and compassionate approach
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered care
