• Base salary of $240,000 annually
• Employer-paid contribution to Nevada Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) – 36.75% of base salary
  • Full vesting after 5 years
• Health insurance premium 100% covered for the employee
  • Family/spouse/children coverage available with employee contribution
• $10,000 signing bonus with a 2-year commitment
• Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement with a 2-year commitment
• $10,000 housing stipend if purchasing a home in Pershing County (2-year commitment required)
• Eligible to participate in National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment program
• No state income tax in Nevada

• Outpatient-only primary care – no inpatient or hospital call
• Monday–Friday schedule, with limited phone-only call rotation
• Established patient panel and strong community demand

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
