The Sales and Marketing office is based in the Miami, Florida area. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role located in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. The Sales and Marketing Representative will engage with retail partners, distributors, and direct customers to promote Zensah products, generate new business, and maintain strong relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, presenting product features and benefits, managing customer inquiries, and supporting order fulfillment and follow-up. The role also involves assisting in marketing campaigns, participating in trade shows or events, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies. The representative will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales and marketing efforts. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in sportswear, apparel, or consumer products. Experience in Training customers or partners on product features and benefits. Ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate, and close deals in a competitive market. Knowledge of basic marketing principles, including promotional strategies and brand positioning. Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks. Proficiency with common office and CRM software; experience with sales reporting tools is a plus. Interest in sports, fitness, or athletic performance apparel is highly beneficial. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Zensah
