Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations Requirements Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages. Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in conducting functional behavioral assessments and designing individualized treatment plans. Proficient in supervising and training ABA technicians while effectively communicating with families regarding assessment results and treatment recommendations.
