At Lifepoint, you'll find a workplace where what truly matters is achievable – from your career goals to your well-being.Position Details:Full scope – outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and surgical workClinic Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pmHospital Rounding: 30–60 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patientsCall Rotation: Currently 1:3 or betterDeliveries & Volume:28-30 deliveries/monthProcedural Competency:Comfortable with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and GYN surgeryTechnology & Tools:Robotics availableUltrasound, NST monitoring, fetal dopplersEMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital)Our compensation package can include:Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonusSign-on bonus and relocation assistancePaid time off and retirement planComprehensive health and well-being benefitsStudent loan repayment assistanceEarly-commitment residency stipendContinuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and daysPaid professional liability and malpractice coverageMarketing and practice growth assistanceClient Details:City: PascoState: WA
