Dietary Aide

Manatawny Manor is looking for Dietary Aides for our Personal Care facility to join our team! As an important member of our team, the Dietary Aide provides assistance in all food service functions to ensure residents’ dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Manatawny Manor standards. Your daily responsibilities will be providing assistance in food preparation and serving, while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check is required for employment.

5 hrs. /day(7am-12pm)

Monday-Friday and every other weekend

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide:

• Light food preperation during meal services
• Places prepared food on plates/trays following tray tickets to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times
• Prepares and delivers food and trays, washes dishes, cleans, and sanitizes the kitchen according to health standard
• Compliance with record keeping, food safety and risk management compliance

Skills & Qualifications of the Dietary Aide:

• Maintain a Positive and Professional Demeanor Toward our Residents, Visitors, Families, and Co-Workers
• Dietary/Kitchen experience preferred, not required
• High school graduate or GED
