Title: HR Business Partner
Duration: 3-month contract
Schedule: Mon-Friday
Location: Elma, WA onsite
Compensation: $37-$40/hr
Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive talent management, employee and labor relations, and workforce planning initiatives while fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture. In this role, you will support strategic workforce planning efforts, including conducting interviews, assessing flight risk, and analyzing workforce data to inform decision-making. You will partner with leaders to guide restructures, redeployment efforts, job description development, and compensation reviews while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This position requires strong analytical skills to monitor workforce trends, identify risks, and implement effective solutions, as well as collaboration with Talent Acquisition to build pipelines and execute staffing strategies. You will also serve as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders and employees through HR-related matters and conducting thorough, impartial investigations aligned with Just Culture principles, including recommending appropriate corrective actions. The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of HRBP experience, 2+ years of HR leadership, and preferably a healthcare background, SHRM-P certification, and experience with UKG Pro.

Compensation:
$37.00-$40.00/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
