Construction Laborer

Construction Laborer: As part of our construction team, you'll perform in-home waterproofing, foundation, and concrete leveling solutions. Loads up the truck with material needed for the day before heading out. Helps the crew get the jobsite ready and keeps things clean and safe throughout the day. Works alongside an experienced Foreman to complete high-quality installations. Shares ideas that could make the job go smoother, faster, or safer. Makes sure the customer’s home is left clean and that they have a great experience. Unloads and cleans out the truck properly when returning to the shop. Takes pride in caring for the company’s tools, equipment, and materials. Requirements of our Construction Laborer: High school diploma or GED preferred. Epoxy experience highly preferred Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check. Ability to left 70-100 pounds. Ability to get in and out of crawlspaces, basements and trenches. Ability to obtain a DOT medical card. Ability to understand English.
