• Shift: 8:00am 5:00pm (Monday Friday) | 1-hour lunch
• Hours/Week: 35-40 hours (with preapproved OT)
• Employment Type: Locum/Contract
• License/Certifications: Active CA license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, BC in Cardiology preferred
• Experience: Inpatient/Rounding in Cardiology within the last 2 years preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care in a hospital and clinic setting
• Perform rounds, assessments, and treatments for cardiology patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
• Ensure compliance with all hospital and departmental policies
• Participate in on-call or weekend coverage as needed (if required)

What You Need

• Active California medical license
• DEA registration
• Certification in ACLS and BLS
• 2+ years of recent inpatient/rounding experience in cardiology preferred
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
