Financial Reporting Manager
Neurocrine Biosciences
Neurocrine Biosciences seeks an experienced manager to lead SEC reporting and equity accounting functions, overseeing quarterly and annual filings, Workiva administration, stock-based compensation accounting, and SOX 404 compliance. The role requires deep U.S. GAAP and SEC expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and coordination of quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K SEC filings
- Administer Workiva, coordinate XBRL tagging, and ensure filing readiness
- Perform detailed financial statement tie-outs and disclosure consistency reviews
- Lead stock-based compensation accounting calculations and ASC 718 compliance
- Support SOX 404 controls documentation, testing, and remediation activities
Requirements
- U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting expertise with demonstrated experience
- Proficiency with Workiva platform and XBRL filing processes
- Stock-based compensation accounting knowledge under ASC 718
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience with SOX 404 controls and financial reporting processes
- Ability to manage complex disclosures and resolve technical accounting issues
