Position - Talent Acquisition Executive Intellics global is actively looking for Female IT Recruiters having experience in End to End Recruitment. Permanent WORK FROM HOME Full day working 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday Off and alternative Saturday - 5hrs working Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates until they join the company. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders to ensure smooth interview process.
