Inside Sales Representative 1

Pay: $23-$27 per hour (Actual pay will be based on experience, skills and internal equity) Location: Grand Prairie, TX The Role The Inside Sales Representative 1 (ISR 1) is a fully independent, customer-facing support and technical inside role responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions related to quotes, orders, pricing, availability, and basic technical assistance. This role requires strong execution, clear communication, and accurate system work in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email Prepare, review, and manage quotes and orders within ERP systems Proactively manage open orders to ensure delivery, accuracy, and follow‑through Communicate clearly and early when issues, changes, or risks arise Collaborate closely with sales, vendors, and internal teams Experience 1-3 years experience in an inside sales support, customer support, order management or similar customer‑facing role. Experience in the hygienic/sanitary process equipment industry, preferred. Working knowledge of quoting, order processing, and ERP‑based workflows Equivalent experience demonstrating readiness for the role may be considered Why Join CSI?
