Rollies Mexican Patio , an award-winning, locally owned Tucson restaurant, is looking for an energetic and dependable Front of House Team Member to join our team!

We’re looking to hire ASAP . Restaurant/cashier experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and is ready to learn.

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, outgoing and great with customers
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Able to work quickly and multitask in a busy restaurant
• Cashier/POS or restaurant experience preferred
• Comfortable helping with light food prep, stocking and cleaning when needed
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must be 19+ to handle/serve alcohol
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have availability for a combination of morning and evening shifts

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service
• Taking accurate in-person and phone orders
• Processing payments
• Managing DoorDash, Uber Eats and other third-party orders
• Expo/running food to guests
• Keeping the dining room and front counter clean and organized
• Restocking supplies and stations
• Light food prep as needed
• Assisting with dishes and general restaurant cleanup
• Working as a team and jumping in where needed

Schedule & Pay

This is a part-time position averaging 20–25 hours per week , with both morning and evening shifts.

Average pay: $15.45–$16+ per hour (DOE), including tips
Tips typically average an additional $100–$150+ per week.
Pay is bi-weekly.

This position may occasionally require working at either Rollies location.
