The Administrative Marketing Assistant supports a small Real Estate team in executing a variety of marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and event marketing. This role focuses on promoting real estate listings through just listed and just sold campaigns, managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, creating brochures via Corefact, and creating custom websites for listings, e-blasts and other tools for marketing our listings. The assistant will also contribute be responsible for social media and with marketing automation tools to enhance overall team visibility and engagement.  This job can be hybrid and work from home and on location at as needed.  

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing efforts for digital, traditional, and event campaigns
• Support social media content creation and management across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create and design brochures for listings using Corefact
• Maintain and update the team's website regularly
• Assist with email blast campaigns to promote listings and team marketing
• Utilize marketing automation tools and Canva for campaign execution and design
• Support event planning and coordination activities
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate and delivered on time

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications
• Experience managing social media platforms effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent time management capabilities
• High attention to detail in all marketing deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in marketing support roles
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

We will look at remote work but it is a plus if local and available to help shoot real estate videos!
