Job Description

Providence Medical Group (PMG) employs Clinical Pharmacy Specialists in primary care. Collaborative primary care pharmacy services are provided as part of an innovative medical group that utilizes a cutting-edge electronic health record and sophisticated disease management software.

The Department of Pharmacy recognizes the importance of participating in training programs that ensure the availability of pharmacy practitioners with expertise in the area of primary care. The residency program in Ambulatory Care is dedicated to providing the resident with the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to pursue a practice that focuses on assuring optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
• Oregon Pharmacist Intern License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency.
