The Role in Plain Terms

This Physical Therapist position is centered on practical, hands-on patient care. You will work with patients who are recovering from injuries, managing musculoskeletal pain, rebuilding strength after surgery, or improving mobility and daily function.

The clinic serves patients ages 11 to 90 , which gives you a varied caseload and the opportunity to work through different orthopedic and movement-related needs. You will be part of a team of 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants in a modern outpatient clinic using WebPT .

Preferred Schedule Options

The clinic strongly prefers one of the following schedules:

Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off weekly

Monday–Friday Option

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Clinic Snapshot

• 7–15 patients per day
• Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
• 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
• WebPT EMR system
• Patient age range of 11 to 90 years old
• Orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and complete reassessments
• Develop individualized physical therapy plans of care
• Provide care for orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, mobility concerns, and post-surgical recovery
• Lead patients through strengthening, stretching, balance, mobility, and functional movement activities
• Use manual therapy and other appropriate treatment techniques
• Monitor patient response and update treatment plans as needed
• Teach home exercise programs and safe recovery strategies
• Complete timely documentation in WebPT

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong patient communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team-based clinic setting
