Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities in skilled nursing facilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Travel between three SNF locations in North Dakota to provide consistent care

Qualifications

• Current and active North Dakota Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an SNF or rehab setting
• Ability to travel between Larimore, Lakota, and Park River, ND
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation
• Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems
• Knowledge of Medicare and insurance billing guidelines
• Skill in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription
