What You’ll Do Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines Organize small groups and enrichment clubs Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities Document participation per quality standards Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement Assist residents to and from programs and activities What We’re Looking For 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability Experience leading group activities preferred Life Enrichment Manager – Create Purposeful Moments for Seniors with Memory Loss Life Enrichment Manager | Memory Care | Senior Living Pay Range Pay Range: 15.00 - 18.75 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
