Job Title: CrescentOne Glovia Techno-functional Consultant
Location: Denver, CO 80216 (REMOTE)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge of CrescentOne Glovia (G2 3.5)
Candidate should be good in functional skill
Candidate should be good in technical skill as well
Roles and Responsibilities:
Incidents analysis and resolution
Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope
Bug fixing of customizations (If source code exists)
Generic Managerial Skills, If any:
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, business process owners and various stake holders
Excellent oral and written communication
