About the Role:


We are seeking a senior leader to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and create new revenue opportunities. This role owns the partnership strategy from identifying opportunities through negotiation, execution, and long-term management.

The ideal candidate has experience building high-impact partnerships across consumer brands, retail, media, entertainment, digital platforms, and cultural communities. They should have a proven track record of sourcing partnership opportunities, structuring mutually beneficial agreements, leading co-marketing initiatives, and delivering measurable business results.

This position partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Product, and Content teams while building strong executive-level relationships with external partners. The role also leads the partnerships function, establishes best practices, and develops a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to own the revenue accounting function across multiple sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, and B2B, while ensuring accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex accounting challenges, improving processes, and building scalable systems in a fast-paced environment.

The position is responsible for leading month-end revenue close, reviewing customer contracts, managing reconciliations, supporting audits, overseeing accounts receivable, and driving automation and process improvements. This role also mentors one Revenue Accountant and partners closely with IT and cross-functional teams on system implementations and new business initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of revenue accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with process improvements, internal controls, and cross-functional projects
• Prior mentoring or supervisory experience is a plus
