They're not just looking for a Nurse Practitioner, they're looking for someone who wants to make a real impact, build meaningful relationships, and grow with a practice that values both clinical excellence and a compassionate, personalized approach.What We're Looking For:Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas3+ years OBGYN or Women's Health experience preferredDetail-oriented and organized, with strong clinical judgmentComfortable managing a steady patient flow and maintaining documentation standardsCollaborative and communicative a team player with a patient-first mindsetKey Responsibilities:Review patient schedules, charts, labs, and imaging reports before clinic hours.Provide routine gynecologic care, including wellness exams, contraceptive counseling, and follow-up visits.Manage OB patients throughout their prenatal care.Use established charting templates and maintain timely documentation.Collaborate with the physician to support ongoing care plans and clinical follow-ups.Perform limited in-office procedures (e.g., Nexplanon insertions, IUD removals), if trained and comfortable.Ensure end-of-day wrap-up of all notes, orders, and outstanding patient items.Perks & Compensation:Health Insurance Reimbursement3 days per week10 Days Paid Time Off
