Job Title: Parts Specialist for Off-Road Vehicles

Location: Norfolk, NE

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay : $16.50 + DOE

Job Summary

Aventure is seeking a detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and driven Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our engine production workflow, identifying, sourcing, and organizing complex engine components for major Recreational Off-Road Vehicle brands. The ideal candidate has strong parts counter experience, familiarity with utility and all-terrain vehicle engines, and a knack for precision inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Department Support: Act as the dedicated parts counter resource for the engine build team, ensuring assembly technicians have the exact small engine components needed for daily production.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain precise inventory levels for utility vehicle engine parts (pistons, gaskets, cranks, valves, etc.)
• Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with external parts partners and salvage vendors to source, order, and expedite high-quality components.
• System Operations: Utilize specialized software to accurately look up part diagrams, track order statuses, receive incoming freight, and process inventory adjustments.
• Quality & Organization: Inspect incoming parts for accuracy

Qualifications & Skillsets

• Software Expertise: Experience with Lightspeed Parts System is highly preferred
• Experience: Proven experience working at a parts counter
• Inventory Control: Strong understanding of inventory management principles
• Small Engine Knowledge: Familiarity with major ATV/UTV manufacturer part catalogs (Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, etc.) and small engine mechanics.
