This unit provides exceptional post-surgical care across surgeries including general surgery, orthopedic procedures, and colectomies. Key Features Specialization : Expert post-surgical care for a wide range of procedures including general surgery, orthopedic surgeries, and colectomies. Patient Demographics : Serving both adult and adolescent patients with age-appropriate care and recovery protocols. High Skill Level : Nurses on this fast-paced unit utilize advanced skills to provide high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes. Dynamic Environment : Fast-paced setting requiring quick decision-making, adaptability, and effective teamwork. Comprehensive Care : Focused on meticulous post-surgical monitoring and recovery support. Individualized Treatment : Personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs for smooth recovery. Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure and possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing.
