HRIS Analyst Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time Location: Ohio Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 / year Description Position : HRIS Analyst Reports to: Human Resources Manager Location: Columbus, Ohio Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 Superior is looking for an HRIS Analyst who will support the administration, accuracy, security, and reporting capabilities of the company's HRIS platform. The HRIS Analyst will manage system data and workflows, support reporting and system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and partner with HR and business teams to ensure the system effectively supports organizational needs. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Key Responsibilities Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security Serve as a primary point of contact for HRIS troubleshooting, system updates, and issue resolution Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, job changes, department transfers, promotions, and leaves of absence Review and resolve data discrepancies to maintain accurate employee records and reporting Configure and optimize HRIS functionality across areas including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and performance management Generate, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and reports to support business decisions Collaborate with HR, IT, Learning and Talent Development, and Payroll teams to improve system integrations and workflows Develop and deliver HRIS training and resources to support effective system utilization Support compliance efforts through accurate employee recordkeeping and routine data audits Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements to support the needs of a growing construction workforce Support HRIS upgrades, system testing, and implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption Stay current on HR technology trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency Additional duties as assigned Your Expertise Required: You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field Required: You have at least 2 years of relevant experience supporting HR systems or HRIS administration in ADP Workforce Now Required: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements Required: You are advanced in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets Bonus Points: You have experience with HRIS reporting and analytics using Power BI Bonus Points: You have experience supporting HRIS integrations, upgrades, or system enhancements Bonus Points: You have experience in the construction industry or supporting a field-based workforce Our Benefits We offer a range of professional and personal perks that you can enjoy as a member of Superior.
