Adecco is assisting a local client to fill a Cook position in Wilmore, KY.

Pay rate $18.16

Expectations for the Cook II include but are not limited to:

•           Coordinates, prepares, and serves palatable and appetizing meals in a timely basis and in accordance with sanitary regulations.

•           Reviews menus and production sheets to ensure food is available for meals and snacks.

•           Assists the Food Prep Coordinators as needed.

•           Ensures scheduled cleaning duties are complete.

•           Ensures the equipment and utensils are in a safe, clean and sanitary condition.

•           Ability to plan, coordinate, assign and if needed, and supervise staff to lead them to be successful.

•           Must have Food handlers permit.

The ideal candidate will work within a team-centered environment to meet our commitment to serving Kentucky’s Veterans by fostering independence, preserving dignity, and providing compassionate care.

 

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Two years of cooking experience in an institutional or large-scale commercial setting if possible.
