Route Driver

Culligan (Consolidated Water Group) is seeking a route driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections for product delivered. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers. Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices. Handle customer issues, complaints and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service. Operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates and hand trucks. Follow all safety protocols and company regulations. Maintain company vehicles and equipment. After completing route and taking care of daily duties of cleaning out truck and putting items away, check with manager for additional tasks. Complete any other responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 1-3 years of route experience preferred. Strong customer service skills and ability to follow protocols. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Maintain a good driving record and a valid driver’s license (in some cases CDL). Navigate throughout local area. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work Location: Based at our LaGrange , GA office, with occasional travel to nearby Culligan branches as required.
