Senior AI Full Stack EngineerTalentBridge is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to help drive the next generation of AI-powered software development capabilities across a large enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI developer tooling, and platform innovation, helping teams accelerate development through intelligent workflows, automation, and modern engineering practices.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and integrating AI developer tools, building agentic workflows, and developing scalable full-stack applications. This is an opportunity to influence how AI is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle while collaborating with engineering leaders, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and enhance AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve developer productivity and software deliveryImplement, integrate, and optimize AI engineering platforms and developer toolingDevelop and support agentic workflows, AI agents, and reusable AI capabilities across the organizationContribute to the evolution of an AI-enabled software development lifecycle spanning requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoringBuild modern full-stack applications and internal platforms that support AI adoption and collaborationEvaluate emerging AI technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programsMonitor usage, adoption, performance, and cost optimization of AI tools and platformsPartner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectivesMentor team members and contribute to engineering best practicesRequired Qualifications5+ years of professional software engineering experienceProven experience implementing, integrating, supporting, or optimizing AI developer tools such as: Claude CodeCursorCodexAmazon QSimilar AI engineering or developer productivity platformsExperience building, deploying, or supporting AI agents and agentic workflowsStrong full-stack development expertise, including: JavaScriptTypeScriptReactNode.jsExperience designing and building scalable web applications and APIsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively across technical and non-technical teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise AI adoption initiativesProduct-minded approach with a focus on user experience and business outcomesExperience evaluating new technologies through pilots and proof-of-concept effortsFamiliarity with AI governance, operational reporting, or cost optimization initiativesExperience collaborating across multiple engineering teams and stakeholder groupsComfortable working in rapidly evolving technology environmentsWhat We're Looking ForWe're specifically seeking engineers who have actively built, implemented, integrated, or optimized AI developer tooling and workflows.
